This Privacy Policy explains how Wesmond International Limited ("TrackTrack", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information in connection with the TrackTrack mobile application (the "App"), our website, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). It applies to merchants and users of TrackTrack, including the iOS App.

2. What data we collect
Depending on how you use the Services, we collect the following categories of data:
- TrackTrack account information: your name, email address, authentication credentials, and the account settings and preferences you create for TrackTrack.
- Merchant and business data: business and store profile details, store configuration, and information about the stores you connect.
- Orders and revenue data: order records, sales, revenue, cost, and related financial metrics from the stores and platforms you connect (accessed read-only for analytics).
- Advertising and marketing data: campaign, spend, and performance data from advertising and analytics platforms you connect (for example, Meta and Google).
- Intent and planning data ("plans" and "intent"): plans, notes, goals, and intent information you choose to record in the App.
- Tracker data: the tracking, monitoring, and status information you set up within the App.
- Support communications: the messages, requests, and any attachments you send to our support team.
- Shopify Web Pixel behavioral data: store-front events (such as page and checkout activity) provided through the Shopify Web Pixel where enabled, collected subject to customer consent (see Section 6).
- Device and usage data: basic technical information such as device type, app version, and log and diagnostic data needed to operate and secure the App.
- Consent records: your consent choices, including Shopify Web Pixel consent status.
3. Where the data comes from and how we collect it
- Directly from you — when you register, configure the App, record information, or contact support.
- Automatically — through your use of the App (usage, log, and diagnostic data).
- From platforms you connect and authorize — such as Shopify, Meta, and Google, accessed only through their official APIs and only with your authorization.
- Through the Shopify Web Pixel — where enabled for a connected store, subject to the customer's consent as managed by Shopify's customer privacy and consent framework.
4. How we use each type of data
- Account information — to create and secure your account, authenticate you, provide the Services, and communicate with you.
- Merchant and business data — to configure the App to your store(s) and present relevant insights.
- Orders and revenue data — to generate analytics, dashboards, and profit and performance insights for you.
- Advertising and marketing data — to present advertising performance and profitability insights.
- Intent and planning data — to provide planning features and let you review your own records.
- Tracker data — to provide the monitoring and status features you set up.
- Support communications — to respond to and resolve your requests.
- Shopify Web Pixel behavioral data — to provide store analytics to the merchant, honoring the applicable consent signals.
- Device and usage data — to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
- Consent records — to honor your and your customers' privacy choices.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. Data from Shopify, Meta, and Google
When you connect Shopify, Meta, or Google, you authorize TrackTrack to access certain data from those platforms through their official APIs, solely to provide the Services to you. Our access is read-only and used for analytics. You can disconnect any platform, or uninstall the App, at any time to stop further access.
6. Shopify Web Pixel and customer consent
Where the Shopify Web Pixel is enabled for a connected store, we may receive store-front behavioral events (such as page and checkout events) provided by Shopify. These events are collected subject to the store customer's consent, as managed through Shopify's customer privacy and consent APIs. We process this data only to provide analytics to the merchant and to honor the applicable consent signals.
7. No cross-app or cross-site advertising tracking
We do not use your data, or your customers' data, to track you or your customers across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes. We do not display third-party advertising in the App, and we do not share personal data with data brokers.
8. Third-party service providers and data processors
We share data only as needed to provide the Services, with:
- The platforms whose data you connect — Shopify, Meta, and Google — which host the underlying data and are accessed through their official APIs under your authorization.
- Reputable cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that host and operate our Services on our behalf, under confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, the public, or TrackTrack. We do not sell personal data or share it for third-party advertising.
9. Data retention
We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active and as long as needed to provide the Services and fulfil the purposes described in this Policy. When you ask us to delete your data, we delete or anonymize the associated personal data within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations, or where limited data is kept in aggregated or anonymized form that no longer identifies you. Deleting your account within the iOS App has a more limited effect, which is described in Section 11.
10. Your choices: withdrawing consent and requesting deletion
- Disconnect a platform (Shopify, Meta, or Google) at any time within the App or the platform's own settings.
- Uninstall the App to stop further data collection.
- Delete your account in the iOS App — this deletes your TrackTrack login and unlinks it from its stores; see Section 11 for exactly what it covers.
- Contact us at contact@tracktrackapp.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or to withdraw consent. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
11. Deleting your account in the iOS App
You can delete your TrackTrack account directly in the iOS App under Settings → Account. Deleting your account permanently deletes your TrackTrack login, revokes its login sessions, and unlinks that login from its stores.
Deleting your account does not:
- uninstall the Shopify app;
- delete your Shopify store or its orders;
- delete store-scoped business records, or TrackTrack Tracker, Plan, or analytics data;
- delete or disconnect your external Shopify, Meta, or Google accounts or connections.
To disconnect an integration or request deletion of store-scoped data, use the relevant integration controls, uninstall the Shopify app where applicable, or contact us at contact@tracktrackapp.com (see also Sections 9 and 10).
12. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children
The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
14. International transfers
We operate internationally. Where data is transferred across borders, we take steps to protect it consistent with this Policy and applicable law.
15. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
